Logging in for the first time
To get started, first install the ClouDDy app on your device, click here for more information to check how and where. Next, select a subscription plan that suits you. After confirming your subscription, you will receive your login credentials (client email and password). For guidance, please refer to the video below that demonstrates how to set up the app and adjust language settings for the very first time.
Friendly Alert! Once you sing in to the app on your main device, you won’t need to sign in again. But if you ever sign out, your Favorites and Time markers will go back to their original settings. This will also happen if you sing-in from a different device. Enjoy using the app!
