Milasha TV Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Milasha TV (“Milasha TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the web-based television streaming service available at milasha.tv, including channel packages, on-demand video, free trials, subscriptions, and account tools (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Information You Provide

• Account information: your name, email address, and a password (which is stored only in an encrypted, hashed form — we never see your plain password).
• Verification data: the one-time codes used to verify your email address.
• Language preference: your chosen interface language (English or Russian).
• Support communications: the messages you send us through in-app support or email, and our replies.
• Age and adult-content confirmations: your acknowledgement that you are 18+ where required, and any parental-control PIN you set (stored in hashed form).

3. Payment Information

Payments and subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you start a trial or subscribe, your card details are collected and stored by Stripe — not by us. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVC.

From Stripe we do receive and store limited billing-related data needed to run your subscription, such as your subscription and customer identifiers, plan and renewal status, amounts billed, and a card “fingerprint” (a non-reversible identifier Stripe generates for a card). We use the card fingerprint only for fraud prevention — specifically, to prevent the same card from being used to claim repeated free trials across multiple accounts.

4. Information Collected Automatically

• Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, and general usage activity.
• Service logs: sign-in activity, stream-access logs, last-active time, and security logs used to operate and protect the Services.
• Fraud-prevention signals: the IP address and device characteristics associated with a signup or free-trial request, used to detect and limit trial abuse.
• Cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your language choice. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• create and manage your account and provide access to the packages you select;
• process payments, trials, renewals, and cancellations through Stripe;
• verify your email and, where required, your eligibility for adult content;
• prevent fraud and abuse, including repeated free-trial claims and account sharing;
• send you transactional messages (such as verification codes, password resets, and support replies) in your chosen language;
• troubleshoot streaming issues and improve the Services;
• enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising in the Services.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:

• Stripe, our payment processor, to handle billing and fraud prevention;
• our email provider, to deliver verification, password-reset, and support emails;
• our hosting and infrastructure providers, which store and serve the Services;
• upstream content and streaming providers, as needed to deliver the channels and content in your package;
• authorities or third parties where we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Milasha TV and its users.

These providers may process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Fraud-prevention signals (such as card fingerprints and trial history) may be retained after an account is closed to prevent future abuse. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can review and update your account information from your account settings, and you can change your language preference at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask to close your account, by contacting us (see “Contact Us” below). Some information may be retained where we are required or permitted to keep it, such as for billing records or fraud prevention. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections, and restricted access to account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

11. International Users

Milasha TV is operated from the United States, and our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective as of” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
