Milasha TV Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for your interest in and use of our products, services, software, activities, content, user content, and video player contained or accessible therein (collectively, the “Milasha TV Services”). Milasha TV (“Milasha TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides TV-streaming services to you (“you” or “your”) subject to the terms contained in this Milasha TV Terms of Use (this “Terms of Use”). Please read these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy carefully because they govern your access to and use of the Milasha TV Services.

2. Description of Service

The Milasha TV Services allow you to select television shows, movies, clips, and other audio-visual content (collectively, the “Content”) for viewing through our web-based player (the “Player”). Milasha TV currently delivers Content exclusively via the milasha.tv website; we do not provide native or third-party mobile, set-top-box, or smart-TV applications. Certain subscription packages may include adult-oriented Content; access to such packages is restricted to users who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

3. Eligibility

By using the Milasha TV Services you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and (c) your access to and use of the Milasha TV Services is lawful in your country of residence.

4. Accounts, Access & Security

You must create an account and select a subscription package to access Content. Account credentials are personal to you and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Billing & Trial Period

Subscription fees, package details (300-channel, 700-channel, and 1,000-channel plans), and the 3-day free-trial conditions are disclosed during sign-up. By providing a payment method through our payment processor (currently Stripe), you authorize Milasha TV to charge the applicable fees plus any taxes on a recurring basis until you cancel.
