Cancellation and refunds

Plain answers to what happens when you cancel and when you can get your money back.

Free trial

The trial lasts 72 hours. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing: the hold on your PayPal payment is released and your card is not charged. To cancel, sign in, open your dashboard and choose Manage or cancel.

If you do not cancel, your plan starts when the 72 hours end and you are charged the plan price.

Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan does not renew afterwards.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated. We do review requests case by case, especially when there is a verified billing error or a technical problem caused by Milasha TV.

Problems with your own device, browser or internet connection, outages at third-party providers, or not using the service are not covered. The full wording is in section 9 of our
